Terms of Service

Studio Composer — internal content publishing tool. Last updated: July 22, 2026.

1. About the Service

Studio Composer ("the Service") is an internal web-based content publishing tool operated by the owner of defiserv.org ("we", "us"). The Service allows authorized members of our media team to create, schedule, and publish our own video content to connected social media accounts, including TikTok, via official platform APIs.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Service is not offered to the general public. Access is limited to our own team members managing our own social media accounts. We do not provide accounts, subscriptions, or paid services to third parties through the Service.

3. Connected Platform Accounts

When a social media account is connected to the Service, the account owner authorizes the Service via the platform's official OAuth flow. The Service only performs actions explicitly permitted by the granted scopes (e.g., uploading and publishing video content). Authorization can be revoked at any time from the platform's security settings, which immediately disables the Service's access.

4. Content

All content published through the Service is our own original content. We are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and music usage policies of each destination platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service must not be used to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; to spam; or to circumvent any platform policy or rate limit.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page.
